Procedures: Talk to Angelique in Amoria. Head over to Aqua Road: Tae Gong's Ferry and talk to Richard the Sailor. Hunt for 25 Soft Feather. Return to Richard the Sailor after you have collected the items. You will obtain 1 Richard's Letter. Go back to Angelique and give her the obtained item.
